2.Characteristic of instrumentation cables

Instrumentation cable is specifically designed to deliver clean, noise free signals in manufacturing, process and other harsh environments by reducing signal interference and noise. It has a tough cable jacket that can withstand mechanical damage and corrosive chemicals and is highly resistant to sunlight and dampness, making it suitable for use in dry and wet conditions, outdoors, buried or in aerial applications. Instrumentation cables are also an economical option in many applications as they can do away with the requirement for conduits and pull boxes. Maximum conductor temperature for this type of cable is generally 90°C and low temperature rating is -40°C but some cables are rated for 105°C.

Max.service temperature:not exceeding 70℃ for general types;

Not exceeding 90℃ for XLPE

Not exceeding 105℃ for the heat resistant 105℃

Min.ambient temperature:not lower than-40℃ for fixed laying;not

lower than-15℃ for non-fixed laying

Min.bending radius:not less than 6 times of the cable outer

diameter for the non-armored cables;

Not less than 12 time for the armored.

 

4.Length of delivery

For un-armores cables:1000m for 10 pair and below: 500m for 10 pairs above for armored cables:1000m for pairs and below;500m for 8 pairs above A short delivery less than 50m is permitted, with the amount not exceeding 6% of the total delivery.For further special requirement, there would be a negotitation between the buyer and the seller.
